Joseph Cofer Black is a counterterrorism expert who has 28 years of experience in the Central Intelligence Agency. He was Vice Chairman of the private contracting firm known as Blackwater USA from 2005 to 2008. After this he was appointed the position of Director of the Counterterrorism Center for the Central Intelligence Agency from 1999 to 2001; which was during the 9/11 catastrophe. After this appointment he returned to the private contracting field and held the position of Chairman to Total Intelligence Solutions; which is a subsidiary of Blackwater Worldwide. Black water is a private military contracting company that is hired privately to carry out military actions for money. As director of Counterterrorism Center; it would appear that he did not perform his duties well enough to overt the 9/11 catastrophe. As for his positions in Blackwater; do we need a private contractor in the United States government? Or do we want person of this background to be advising a possible president? A mercenary’s loyalty does not lie in a country or its values. If they did they would not be working for military for money corporations.

Christopher Bancroft Burnham is a former United Nations Under Secretary during the Bush Administration. He is a graduate of Harvard and is an open member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Which so many of Obama’s administration are currently, like Hillary Clinton, John P. Holdren and so many others? Do we need more Council on Foreign Relation members leading us down the wrong path under the guise of a different political party?
Michael Chertoff is another graduate of Harvard. He also held the position of the second Secretary of Homeland Security and was the coauthor of the unconstitutional Patriot Act. Which destroys American civilians’ freedoms and liberties by not just spying on them without probable cause or warrants, but also insinuates that Americans can be treated like terrorists without the same probable cause? Micheal Chertoff is also a major proponent of body scanners, and holds stock in these companies. Which these body scanners are now appearing not just in airports, but everywhere including NFL football games, high school homecomings and now all NFL football games. It would appear another advisor that doesn’t care about American civil and constitutional rights.

Eliot A. Cohen is another graduate of Harvard, and was counsel to former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Eliot Cohen is another active member in the Council on Foreign Relations, and a member of the Trilateral Commission. He was a member of the Project for the New American Century, along other members like Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld. This group had a major role in the foreign policy decisions and on the Iraq War. These groups pushed for the war in Iraq and help push the lie that Saddam Hussein had WMDs and was responsible for 9/11. Eliot Cohen was one of many who stood in front of Congress and stated Saddam Hussein was massing WMDs, and reported on CNN that Saddam Hussein was meeting with Al-Qaida. During the 1990s this group published a paper called Rebuilding America’s Defenses. In the preface of this paper was the “Established Four Core Missions of the U.S. military. Some of these objectives include: “fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous major theaters of war” and “perform the constabulary duties associated with shaping the security environment in critical regions.” In simplest terms start multiple wars in multiple regions and reshape areas in the world to suit their needs. Some of this group’s goals also include: “develop and deploy global missile defense systems to defend American Homeland and American allies, and to provide a secure basis for U.S. power projection around the world. Control the new international commons of space and cyberspace, and pave a way for the creation of new military service – U.S. Space Forces – with the mission of space control.” One of the other goals is, “Increase defense spending gradually to a minimum level of 3.5% to 3.8% of gross domestic product, adding $15 billion to $20 billion to total defense spending annually. So, again in simplest terms; this group wants to have total military control of the entire world, in space and also over the internet. They also would like to continually increase defense spending every year by $20 billion. In section 5 of this paper, which was written prior to 9/11 stated simply that this change would long and possibly revolutionary if not for some catastrophic event like a “new Pearl Harbor”.

Norman Bertram Coleman is a former Minnesota U.S. Senator who among many things was a liberal Democrat. Norman Coleman was a strong supporter for George H. Bush’s immigration reform which many in Congress believed to amnesty for illegal immigrants. Coleman also voted for the drilling in the Arctic Wildlife Refuge after saying he was against it. In a USA Today article he was reported as supporting a Gay Rights Amendment that would ban same sex marriages at the federal and state levels.

John Danilovich is a former Ambassador to Brazil and Costa Rica. He is also another active member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Paula Dobriansky is another graduate of Harvard, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of the Trilateral Commission. Dobriansky held the position on Under Secretary of State to Global Affairs. She also is a major supporter of global warming and climate change. She wrote an article titled “International Institute for Strategic Studies’ Survival journal” that stated that there needed to be more extreme measure needed to be taken than what the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference was suggesting.

Eric S. Edelman is a former Under Secretary of Defense Policy in Bush administration. Edleman is another member of the Council on Foreign Relations. In 2007 he voiced his support for not withdrawing troops from Iraq.

General Michael Hayden (ret) is a former Director of Central Intelligence Agency and National Security Agency and another member of the Council on Foreign Relations. An article written by USA Today in 2006 reported that under his leadership the NSA began its domestic telephone call database. This database was instituted to log all civilian phone calls from four major telecommunications companies: Bellsouth, SBC and AT&T and Verizon. Also in 2007 Hayden lobbied Congress to allow drones strikes made purely on behavior of ground vehicle targets with no actual proof that they were terrorists; basically allowing drones to attack whatever the controller deemed to be a terrorist.

Kerry Murphy Healey is Former Governor Romney’s Lt. Governor. Healey is another graduate of Harvard and also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She has only held this one position which to me shows she has no experience as a foreign policy advisor.

Kim Holmes is a former Secretary of State. Holmes is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Robert G. Joseph is a former Special Envoy for Nuclear Nonproliferation in the Bush administration. Joseph also was Senior Director for Proliferation Strategy, Counter proliferation and Homeland Defense for the National Security Agency. This means he supervised all the intelligence that dealt with Iraq’s WMDs. The WMDs that was lie to get us in to the war with Iraq.

Robert Kagan is another Harvard graduate, active member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Member of the Trilateral Commission. Kagan also is a cofounder of the Project for New American Century group; who promoted going to war in Iraq.

John F. Lehman Jr. is an investment banker and like so many is a member of the Council on Relations and Project for New American Century. Lehman also was a member in the 9/11 commission hearings. Now he is a member of the National Security Advisory Council in the Obama administration.

Mitchell Reiss is a former Director of Policy and Planning at the State Department. Reiss is another member of Council on Foreign Relation and has served on the National Security Advisory Council.
Daniel Samuel Senor is just another graduate of Harvard and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Senor was also an investment professional for the company called Carlyle Group. The Carlyle Group was a company where the Bin Laden family and Bush family were board members.

Jim Talent is a former U.S. senator from Missouri. Talent is another graduate from Harvard, and was a lobbyist for company name Arent Fox. During his time as Senator he stated he would have voted for the war in Iraq even though knowing there were no WMDs found. He also support no troop withdraw from Iraq.

John Vincent Weber is a former Minnesota Congressman. Also he is another member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Project for New American Century. Weber retired from Congress in 1992 after being connected to the House Banking Scandal. This scandal involved the House of Representatives allowing members to overdraw the House checking accounts without penalization.
Richard Williamson is a former special envoy to the Sudan under the Obama Administration. Williamson is another member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Dov S. Zakheim is a former Under Secretary of Defense. Zakheim was appointed to investigate the Pentagon’s $2.3 trillion of unaccountable transactions. This later was said to be lost from the 9/11 destruction of the Pentagon. Zakheim is another member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Project for New American Century.

Evan Feigenbaum is a former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for South Asia. Feigenbaum is another graduate of Harvard and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He also was first Director of Paulson Institute, which was created by the former Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson.

Aaron Friedberg is a former Deputy Assistant for National Security Affairs and Director of Policy and Planning in George H. Bush’s administration. Friedberg is another graduate of Harvard, member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Project for New American Century.

Ashley J. Tellis is former advisor to Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs. Tellis is another member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a former senior analyst for the Rand Corporation. The RAND Corporation stands for Research and Development. It is a nonprofit global think tank originally funded by the Ford Foundation, but now is funded by the U.S. Government, other private endowments and corporations. One of its most known contributions is the nuclear deterrence for mutually assured destruction doctrine crated in the 1960s.

Meghan O’Sullivan is a former Deputy National Security Advisor in George H. Bush’s administration. O’Sullivan is not a graduate of Harvard, but is currently a senior fellow and lecturer at Harvard. She is also another member of the Trilateral Commission. O’Sullivan is a fellow under the President of the Council on Foreign Relation Richard N. Haas.

In conclusion it is too obvious that these people are just another extension of the policies and actions of the George H. Bush Administration. We can see that the same groups that Obama’s administration has put in to positions; are the same exact groups that Bush’s administration had put in to positions. People on the Council on Foreign Relation like: Hillary Clinton, John P. Holdren,Timothy Gheitner and many other Obama appointees. If Romney is elected, he will put the same groups in to his administration. Can the people not see the same policies that are being implemented are not from the different presidents or political parties? It is these specific groups such as the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and Harvard circles that are running everything. Despite what Candidate Romney is saying, the fact is nothing will change and it will be business as usual if he is elected. More wars, bigger deficits, no accountability, more lies! We have the nonlegal and nonregulated agency TSA (Transportation Security Agency). This agency has been giving total authority to do anything. The TSA already conducts acts that sworn federal agents and police can not do… YET. In the Constitution; which is what our government is supposed to run by, or is committing treason and in violation of our country’s law; it staes the powers of Congress are:

“To borrow money on the credit of the United States” – Which is currently not being uphels. It is been handed over to the president… One step closer to dictatorship.

We know the Federal Reserve is a private bank, and loans the money it prints to the federal government. It is as federal as Federal Express. The economic scam that it creates is sneaky and made to seem normal everyday life. President Ronald Reagan appointed the Grace Commission to investigate the spending of Federal Income Taxes. The conclusion was 100% of Federal Income Taxes was absorbed, directly to the interest, on the money created /printed by the Federal Reserve.

The fact, this private institution loans the money it prints to the Federal government at interest. Therefore causing the Federal government to tax us, “We the People” to pay for the profits the Federal Reserve makes from making the money for the government. Majority of the so called “debt / deficit” is actually owed directly to the Federal Reserve Bank.

The Federal Reserve prints money; that is the principle. It loans that principle to the Federal government at interest. So if they only print the principle and charge interest; there literally is never enough money in circulation to pay the interest owed to the Federal Reserve. This not only causes inflation, but creates NEVER ENDING DEBT! This never ending debt increases as the Federal Reserve prints money. Which is every time the government spends money. The never ending debt has to get paid, and it gets paid with taxes on Americans’ hard earnings. Which the Federal Reserve makes profits off on.

 As for the bank bailout, for public record, former Treasury Secretary Paulson was CEO of Goldman Sachs. Goldman Sachs received 1/3 of AIG’s bailout that we know of. Current Treasury Secretary Geihtner was Head of New York Federal Reserve; which guided the bailout fiasco. And Treasury Chief of Staff Mark Patterson, was lobbyist for Goldman Sachs. The government got a loan from the Federal Reserve to pay banks they were doing business with. And us Americans not only “flipped the bill”, but now have to pay the interest on the money given to the banks.

For over a century, the privately owned and operated Federal Reserve Banking system has controlled this nation’s money supply and credit. This fraudulent institution and it economic policies are an enigma to most government officials and American citizens. To understand the the Federal Reserve Bank, we have to first look at how it operates. Then we can see why our founding fathers did not want such a system for the United States of America.

The Federal Reserve is what is known as a central bank. This bank is under private ownership, and is not regulated by the United States government. It creates the nation’s money supply, loans it back to the government at interest and regulates interest rates on the money that is loaned out. The policy at which this done done is called “fractional reserve banking”. A book published by the Federal Reserve Board titled “Modern Money Mechanics” explains this is accomplished. On the open chapter it states, “Institutionalized banking practices of the Federal Reserve Bank and it’s subsidiaries across the world…. This booklet is to describe the basic process of money creation in the fractional reserve system.” It continues in to a long description filled with economic jargon. It sets all banking policies, and how banks have to create money for expansion of the money supply stating, “It (the bank) must maintain a legally required reserves in form of vault cash and / or balances at it’s Federal Reserve Bank…. under the current regulations, the reserve requirement on most transactions in ten percent.” It continues to explain the whole system for the creation of money in America’s Federal Reserve system, and concludes with, “Of course, they (the banks) do not really pay out loans from the money received from deposits. What they do when they make loans is to accept promissory notes (money) for credits to the borrowers account.”In short a bank or Federal Reserve does not loan out money held in it’s vaults, but creates new money for circulation by adding credits to an account. Thus crating money out of nothing since they are not using money already in the vault for reserves. How much money can be created out of nothing? As it stated, the bank only has hold hold ten percent in reserves, and can loan out ninety percent. If the bank doesn’t actually loan money it already has then it created 9 times what is in it’s reserves. The process is simple, a bank receives $10 million in a deposit; by Federal Reserve regulations it can hold it’s total reserve and because there is a demand for loans; i can issue new loans equaling to 9 times the amount of the deposit. Therefore, if 10 million was deposited; the bank could issue out new $90 million in new loans and money. This is how the money supply is expanded in our country. Actual currency is relative to the amount of new loans in demand. In short our system is based on debt. If new money can not be created unless banks issue new loans.

Now to explain the connection between the Federal Reserve Bank and federal government. The Federal Reserve is a private bank. It loans America it’s currency at interest like any other bank, and process works like this. The federal government needs to make more money. It has the Federal Reserve print reserve notes (money) worth a set value. The federal government then prints treasury bonds, which is basically a promissory note to pay back the loan of the currency at interest. In simple terms our government is in debt to the Federal Reserve as soon as the money is created. If the government is in debt to who makes the money, and the only way to get out debt is make more money, and the people who make the money is charging you interest; how would the debt ever be paid off? It doesn’t and that is the point. The Federal Reserve Banking System is nothing more than a highly elaborate ponzi scam. Thomas Edison wrote, “If our nation can if a dollar bond, it can issue a dollar bill. The element that makes the bill good, makes the bond good. The difference between bond and the bill, is that bond lets money brokers to collect twice the amount of the bond and additional twenty percent. Where currency pays no body, but those who contribute in someway. It is absurd that out country can issue thirty million in bonds, but not thirty million in currency. Both promises to pay, but one fattens the usurers and the other helps the people“.

Our founding fathers were very aware of this problem and fought it from the time of the colonies. Also, this could be the main reason for the American Revolution. As Benjamin Franklin states in his autobiography explaining the Currency Act by the Bank of England in 1764, “The colonies would gladly borne little tax on tea and other matters had not been that England took away from the colonies their money, which created unemployment and dissatisfaction… The inability of the colonists to get power to issue their own money out of the hands of King George III and the international bankers was the PRIME reason for Revolutionary War.” Many other founding fathers agreed that our country should issue and regulate it’s own money. At the Constitutional Convention in 1787, Thomas Jefferson (3rd president) stated, “If the American people were ever allow private banks to control the issue on their currency first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and their corporations which grow up around them, will deprive the people of all property until their children wake slaves on the continent their fathers conquered… I sincerely believe that banking institutions are more dangerous than standing armies. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs.” Also, James Madison 4th president) said, “History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling money and it’s issuance.“

Throughout American history; there has been a battle to keep banking interests from controlling this nation’s money supply. A few central banks have came and passed during the creation of this country. Andrew Jackson (7th president) recognized the connection between the international banking interests and central banks. In his inaugural address he states, “It is not our own citizens to receive the bounty of our government, over 8 millions in stock of this bank is held by foreigners… Is there no danger to our liberty and independence… controlling our currency, raising our dependency… and holding thousands of our citizens in dependance would be more formidable than a military power of an enemy.” Andrew Jackson fought his whole presidency to remove the central bank that preceded the Federal Reserve. By the end of his presidency, he had accomplished the total removal of central banks in America. Of course the battle waged on through the decades.

Our country remained mostly free of the banking interests until 1913. When the Federal Reserve act was passed in to law. In actuality, the history of the Federal Reserve goes back before 1913, to the economic panic of 1907. The panic of 1907 was the first major economic crisis; stocks dropped and banks collapsed in mass. The knowledge of “special interests” manipulating the market was widespread as stated by Frederick Allen in Life magazine, “The Morgan interests took advantage, to precipitate the panic, guiding it shrewdly“. Even though, a congressional hearing in to the panic of 1907, led by Senator Aldrich was convened. Senator Aldrich’s conclusion was that another central bank was needed to keep panic of 1907 from happening again, “This trouble could be adverted if we appointed a committee of six or seven public spirited men like J.P. Morgan to handle the affairs of this country“. After this hearing a secret meeting between banking interest and senator Aldrich took place on a small island of coast of Georgia called Jekyll Island, as recalled by banking member at the meeting and helped author the bill; Frank Vanderlip in February. 9, 1935 Sat Evening Post, “I was secretive, indeed as further as any conspirator. Discovery, we knew, simply must not happen, or else, all our time and effort would be wasted. If it were to be exposed that our particular group had gotten together and written a banking bill. That bill would have no chance of passage by Congress“. The bill that was written was called the Aldrich Plan. Many knew this was just a economic take over of the country as quoted by Senator Charles Lindbergh, “This act establishes the most gigantic trust on earth. When the president signs this bill the invisible government by the monetary power will be legalized… The worst legislation crime of the ages is perpetuated in this banking bill… The Aldrich Plan is the Wall Street plan. It means another panic, if necessary, to intimidate the people“. Once Woodrow Wilson became president, the Aldrich Plan was rewritten and given another name; The Glass-Owen bill. This new bill remained almost identical to it’s previous version. Congress appointed an Ohio lawyer to investigate the bill. He testifies in front of the committee saying, “The bill grants just what Wall Street and the big banks for twenty-five years been striving for, private instead of public control of currency. The Glass-Owen bill does this as completely as the Aldrich bill. Both measures rob the government and the people“. Even with major congressional opposition, the Federal Reserve Act was passed on Christmas Eve when majority of congress was at home for the holidays, and president Woodrow Wilson signed it in to law. With the passing of this law, many people were outraged from politicians to scientists. The Senate Chairman on Banking and Currency stated, “A super-state controlled by international bankers and industrialists is being set up here, acting together to enslave the world for their own interests.. the Fed has usurped the government“. One year after the passage of the Federal Reserve Act Senator Charles Lindbergh wrote, “To cause high prices all the Federal Reserve Board will be to lower the re-discount rate.. producing an expansion in credit and a rising stock market. Then when the businessmen are adjusted to these conditions, it can check, prosperity in mid-career by arbitrarily raising the rate of interest. It can cause the raising and falling of the market. In either case it will possess inside information and advanced knowledge of the coming change“.

After Woodrow Wilson left office, later despaired by his role in passing the Federal Reserve Act, wrote, “Our great industrial nation is controlled by it’s system of credit. Our system is privately concentrated in the hands of a few men… By very reasoned their limitations, chill and cheek and destroy genuine economic freedom. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world. No longer a government by free opinion. No longer a government of conviction and vote of the majority, but a government by the opinions and duress of small group of dominate men“.

Continuing through history, there has been other instances of wrong doing with the Federal Reserve, and warnings of. In the late 1920s, the Senate Chairman of Banking and Currency wrote, “After the World War (WWI), Germany has fallen in to the hands of the international bankers. Those bankers bought her and now own her lock, stock and barrel. They have purchased her industries, they have mortgages on her soil, they control her production, they control all her public utilities… Through the Federal Reserve Board, over $30 billions of American money has been pumped into Germany. We have all heard of the spending taken place in Germany… All this was done on our money… All this was given to Germany by the Federal Reserve Board”.

On March 4, 1933 during Franklin D. Roosevelt’s inaugural address he said, “Practices of the scrupulous money changers stand indicted in the court of public opinion, rejected by the hearts and minds of men”. Shortly, after his election, President Roosevelt signed the Gold Seizure Act; which by law forced Americans to turn all gold in their possession to. All the American gold, that totaled 700 million ounces of gold (70% of world’s gold), was rounded up and placed in Fort Knox. By the 1950s the gold in Fort Knox was given regulation control to the Federal Reserve Bank. Until this time there had been an audit on the gold annually, but the last audit done was by Eisenhower in 1954. In 1982, president Ronald Reagan appointed the Gold Commission to determine how much gold was owned by the United States. The conclusion from this commission was that United States Treasury owned no gold and that is was owned by the Federal Reserve. In 1985, president Ronald Reagan created the Grace Commission to investigate where the Income Tax money was spent by the government each year. The commission’s conclusion was that 100% of federal income taxes was absorbed by the interests on the debt owed to the Federal Reserve.

At the end of 2008, our country fell in to another depression, which is the Federal Reserves job to not let happen. The conclusion was to print more money and bailout the banking corporations. In turn putting America and it’s citizens in to greater debt during a time of depression.

Since the creation of the Federal Reserve, it has maintained total control over Americas currency and economics. The national debt in time the Federal Reserve was passed in to law was $2,912,499,269. After 100 years of the Federal Reserve control, the national debt is 12,296,232,673,031. This is an a astronomical 42,208% increase in the national debt. This has done this with no regulation from the United States government at all. It is time to take back America’s freedom to maintain it’s own currency and economics. Not to allow international banking interests to dictate this country’s economic policies. There has been many major sources that report the economy is not really good, but still sliding deeper into Depression. The Federal Reserve has been nonstop printing money, and using that money to buy smaller private banks, companies and international resources. The Fed is basically pumping money in to the stock market; while buying up perfectly fine smaller banks & companies; then transferring their “toxic assets” to the smaller banks.
